Refund policy

Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. 

Our products are prepared and packaged with much care and attention to ensure that you receive your order intact. Please keep in mind that our products are entirely handmade and it is only normal that each soap looks slightly different (isn’t that the beauty of handmade products?).

Should there be any issues upon receiving your product, please contact us by email at info@yellowleaf.ca within 48 hours of receipt and include details and pictures of the product and/or the packaging.
